HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

SHOULD I BRING CHAIRS?
You CAN bring your favorite lawn chair and sit on the patio or the lawn with a view of the band. However, we do have seating available inside the barn for those who prefer to sit closer to the band.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress casual, no high heels here!!!
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Our evening LIVE music events are adults only (ages 16 and up are permitted with an adult). Children ARE welcome to come to our Sip & Shop events and to our wine tasting hours, Saturdays & Sundays noon to 5:30 pm (unless otherwise noted). We do ask that you keep your children close to you at all times.
MAY I BRING IN A COOLER?
Coolers are not permitted! Sorry, NO OUTSIDE FOOD although birthday cakes are permitted. Food should be pre-ordered from ‘The Kitchen in the vineyard’ for all our LIVE music events. Here is the link to order: https://deeproots-vineyards.square.site
WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN FOR A LIVE MUSIC EVENT?
GATES OPEN 1 hour & 15 minutes prior to band start time.
HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR AN EVENT?
Show your ticket from your phone, no paper copy needed at check in. If you forget your ticket, your name and ID will work.
CAN I SMOKE AT DEEPROOTS?
DeepRoots IS A 100% SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. . If you have to smoke, there is a bucket with sand in it by parking lot. Thank you so much for your respect of our decision in this area.
DO YOU SELL FOOD?
Yes, ‘The Kitchen in the vineyard’ serves delicious food for all our LIVE music events. Please preorder your meals to ensure that we prepare enough for you and all of our awesome guests. Here is the link to order: https://deeproots-vineyards.square.site
Make sure you choose the date of your event and time THEN HIT CHANGE. Make sure date and time is correct when you check out. Leave phone number on check out because you will get a text message once your food is ready. Please don’t come check on your order until 15 minutes past you scheduled pick up time to keep kitchen window free and orders coming out as quickly as possible. If you do not preorder food please wait until one hour after band has started to come order, some items may be sold out. We do this because it helps keep fresh food, low waste, and keeps you from standing in long lines.
DO YOU ONLY SELL WINE?
No, we also sell craft beer on tap, soda, & bottled water.
HOW DOES PARKING WORK?
Parking is free and a parking attendant will direct you. If you have a handicapped or limited mobility individual in your vehicle please tap your horn when you get to the attendant and he will direct you to park closer.
DO YOU HAVE BATHROOMS?
Yes, even though we are a barn, you will have a Buccee’s type bathroom experience!
CAN I PURCHASE WINE TO TAKE HOME WITH ME?
Yes, in fact ALL TAKE HOME PURCHASES OF WINE ARE 10% OFF!!
